Over the last few months the company has been a hive of activity. We are receiving reprints of older games, planning our move, and there has been more than just Arcs hitting the tables. Above it all, Arcs was our highest priority. Not only did we need to get the game ready for the Kickstarter, but we are also on a schedule to get it to the factory.
We all came in this morning. We all stood around the monitor and watched the number go up. And well, we funded! In about 7 minutes!
I would like to make some quick thank yous!
I will call them all out individually later, but of course I would like to thank the staff of Leder Games for their hard work and diligence over the past few weeks. We were not working up to the last minute and I don’t know if I have ever felt more ready for something in my life. The page looks great and the game is brilliant! Thank you thank you! They are an amazing group of professionals, I couldn’t ask for a better group of people to work with. Also our interns! Thank you!
We did have a few consultants this time around. The miniature designer, thank you. The video folks, thank you! The voice actors, thank you!
I would like additionally to thank the reviewers that hustled to pull reviews and previews together.
Thank you to all of the backers. Thank you for your faith in us. As Cole says, our Kickstarters are more of a party, an affirmation of the way we choose to make games. I look forward to celebrating with you all over the coming weeks as we bring you the best that we can and what I think is some of the best in the game industry.
